I 100% agree, I love sleep but sometimes I don't know if sleep loves me, the hours laid awake trying to get to sleep with a racing mind, I know that idea too well. Sometimes it helps to take out my journal, spend time writing when I should be sleeping and ending up with less sleep but better sleep. Offloading my brain, being so consumed by my day that I can't take it anymore or watching Modern Family until I'm dozing seem to be my best sleep days. Why do I function better on 4-5 hours sleep than 9-10?😭😬
